Ammo Bankoff graduated from the Academy of Art University of San Francisco with a BFA in photography. Her love for photography was inspired by the burgeoning Los Angeles underground music and art scene that flourished in her teenage years.

As a photographer, director and creative director she works regularly with music and fashion publications bouncing between the world of art and commerce. She is known for her still photography, music videos and fashion films always making time to work with local artists and musicians splitting her time between Los Angeles and New York City.
